Client: refers to any natural or legal person who has accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) and is acting within the scope of their professional activity.
GTCS: refers to all the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, i.e., the contractual clauses governing the provision of Services by the Provider, particularly SNIIVE. They notably define the rights and obligations of the parties, as well as payment, liability, and termination terms.
GTCU: refers to the General Terms and Conditions of Use, i.e., the conditions that define and govern the terms of use of SNIIVE and determine the respective rights and obligations of the User and the Provider in connection with its use.
Provider or Sniive: refers to the company Sniive, providing the Services to the Client in accordance with the GTCS and whose information is listed in the legal notices.
Website: refers to the website sniive.com operated by the Provider.
SNIIVE: refers to the SaaS software, titled SNIIVE, provided by the Provider, enabling the Client to use the features defined in the GTCS, including screen and audio recording as well as the generation of interactive documentation and guides. The various features are described according to the Privacy Policy.
Identifiers: refer to both the user's unique identifier ("login") and the connection password ("password").
User: refers to the person under the responsibility of the Client (employee, representative, etc.) who benefits from access to the Services on their computer by virtue of the license contracted by the Client. Any obligation under the GTCS and GTCU imposed on the Client must be respected by the User.
Service: refers to all services, including the provision of SNIIVE, offered by the Provider.
Artificial Intelligence: refers to algorithms, machine learning models, and stochastic models.
Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing: document found in the section /privacy describing the privacy and personal data processing policy of the Client and Users by the Provider.
AI-Generated Content: refers to any text, image, video, sound, or other production created or substantially modified by Artificial Intelligence.
Authorization Token: refers to a digital object used to verify the identity and permissions of a User when accessing SNIIVE, thus ensuring security and access control.
Recording: refers to the recording of the screen and audio by the User through SNIIVE.
Recorded Persons: refers to any natural person visible (on screen) or audible (on audio) during a Recording.
